Through twisting limbs and sullen faces, whimsical aesthetics meet existential dilemma. Individuals, especially the young adults of the world, witness the ever growing threats
that stretch beyond their grasp. The pressures of day-to-day life; social status, gender, sexuality, fashion, love life, gossip and human impulse are, though relatively trivial, a reality of existence and offer a grounding in the whirlwind of the world's problems.

With reference to art history, internet culture, and fashion, Eilish Gormley's work explores the small realities of existence in an ever changing world.
